Well this could be interesting.
Last week, Rosie O'Donnell's daughter, Chelsea O'Donnell, went missing. She was finally found in the attic of Steve Sheerer, a 25-year-old New Jersey native with a past record involving drugs.
Last Friday, Sheerer was charged with with 3rd degree child endangerment and 3rd degree distribution of obscenity to a minor for sending a nude pic to Chelsea online.

Well, now we know how Sheerer is going to try and defend himself and it's an inneresting one — the Tinder defense.
Since the popular "dating" app was how Chelsea and Sheerer reportedly began chatting after the 17-year-old came up on his feed, Sheerer is claiming that he will rely on the information within the app that displayed Rosie's daughter as being 18 as part of his defense.
When you register the app and it's linked to your Facebook page, it takes your age and if you're 18 or over, you will only see other people that are 18 and over. Since Steve believed Chelsea to be 18 or older, this would possibly help steer him clear a bit of sending a nude photo to a minor.
